What does WEB Logix do?
We build websites, run social media and manage digital marketing for small and medium businesses in Johannesburg and across South Africa. That covers website design and development, branding, SEO, content creation, hosting, maintenance and ongoing technical support.
Do you only build websites?
No. A website is often where we start, but we also help with strategy, marketing, automation and ongoing support, so your whole online presence works together.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes, mostly. We work with startups, small businesses and growing brands, and with some larger companies across different industries.
Who is behind WEB Logix?
WEB Logix is the marketing arm of the Logix Group, which has been operating since 2005. We started building websites in 2016 and launched as a full marketing agency in 2023.
How do I know which service my business needs?

What makes WEB Logix different?
We build fast, clean, SEO-ready websites designed to bring in enquiries. They are custom built for your business, not dropped into a template.
Do you handle design as well as development?
Yes. We cover UX research, wireframing, visual design, development, responsive layouts, SEO, speed, integrations and CMS setup.
How long does a website take?
Most websites take two to six weeks. You get a clear timeline before development starts.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. The site runs on a user-friendly CMS, and we offer optional training and maintenance plans.
What does rent-to-own mean?
Our website packages run on a 24-month rent-to-own model, so you do not pay the full build cost upfront. Monthly fees start after six weeks of development or at go-live, whichever comes first. If the contract is cancelled before the full term, the terms and conditions in your agreement apply.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. We provide ongoing support, maintenance and updates after your site goes live.

What is social media management?
It means we run your social channels: planning, creating and scheduling content, and keeping your brand visible and consistent.
Is social media management a once-off service?
No. It is an ongoing monthly service, because consistency is what builds an audience.
Which platforms are best for my business?
It depends on your audience. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube Shorts are the usual options, and we recommend the ones where your customers already spend time.
What does a digital marketing service include?
The Engage, Captivate and Viral packages combine website, hosting and maintenance, organic SEO, paid Google ads, social content and boosts, plus copywriting and design hours each month.
How long until I see results?
Website improvements show up straight away. SEO and social media usually need one to three months of consistent effort before the results are clear.
What is the difference between organic and paid marketing?
Organic marketing, such as SEO and regular content, builds visibility over time. Paid marketing, such as Google ads and social ads, puts you in front of people straight away for as long as the budget runs.
