Wayne began his career in IT in 1999, gaining valuable experience and expertise in the field. In 2005, he took a bold step and established LAN Logix, an IT infrastructure and Managed Services business dedicated to delivering high-quality IT solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Driven by his interest in physical security, Wayne utilised his own house and business as testing grounds for security systems and solutions. In 2013, this passion evolved into a business venture with the inception of CABLE Logix. Wayne's dedication to excellence and meticulous attention to detail have been instrumental in the success of LAN Logix and CABLE Logix, both of which have established themselves as trusted providers in their respective domains.
Wayne's entrepreneurial spirit and diverse interests also led him to pursue another passion: cars. In 2013, he transformed his love for automobiles into a thriving business with the launch of ACE Customs. This venture allowed Wayne to combine his technical skills with his enthusiasm for automotive customisation.
In 2016, Wayne ventured into the world of digital marketing by establishing WEB Logix as part of the Logix group of companies. However, it was in 2023 that he found the perfect partner in Calista Hardwick to launch WEB Logix as a dynamic marketing agency offering managed marketing services. With Wayne's business acumen and Calista's marketing expertise, WEB Logix is set to make a significant impact in the industry.
Wayne's unwavering commitment to perfectionism has been a driving force behind the success of LAN Logix and all subsequent Logix divisions. Every venture under the Logix umbrella strives to uphold the same high standards that have earned LAN Logix its stellar reputation over the past 18 years.
